Use of this website and the services provided via it (“celeb-buzz.xyz”) are conditional upon you accepting the following terms and conditions. Our Liability
Since a substantial part of celeb-buzz.xyz is free and available to all, your use of celeb-buzz.xyz is at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond our reasonable control. Except as provided below, we disclaim all liability in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise arising in connection with this User Agreement or celeb-buzz.xyz for consequential, indirect, or special loss or damage, loss of goodwill or reputation, or any economic losses including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, business, or anticipated savings, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
Our maximum liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise arising in connection with this User Agreement or celeb-buzz.xyz shall be limited to £50. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability under applicable consumer protection legislation, or liability arising from fraudulent statements made by us.
Small Print
Either party may terminate this User Agreement at any time. You may not transfer any rights or delegate any obligations under this User Agreement without our prior written consent. Failure to enforce any provision shall not prevent later enforcement. Nothing in this User Agreement confers any rights on third parties. This User Agreement is governed by English law and any dispute connected with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory consumer rights.
